I find myself ingestion so much that I consistency sick..do I enjoy a problem?

when you eat again ask yourself? AM i realy hungry or stressed? If your stressed read or starting walking outside or read a book.or write ur emotional state down on a journal.

There is nothing wrong with you at adjectives.you are just eating TOO FAST --- which cause you to overfill
Your stomach tells your brain, "I'M HUNGRY" --- so your stomach starts hurting and you get the awareness of needing to eat something.
You start consumption (but you go too fast) --- but there is a hindrance in the communication with your stomach and brain so you stop ingestion when you are full...which is 5-10 minutes AFTER your stomach has actually have enough---so 5-10 minutes after you are done eating, you are going to get BAD STOMACH PAINS.
My girlfriend eat very fast too, and sometimes I own to ease her up a bit as she will eat too much and own to lay down for awhile til the pain stops.
This is completely normal.of late slow it down a bit and try to gauge how much food is enough
Realize that you are going to catch fuller AFTER you stop eating so try to compensate with drinking less towards the end and moderating your portion size.

this is a form of binge eating,as for the fast ingestion "SLOW DOWN" this is why your stomach feels heavy,your taking within too much air and along with the food theres nouns,distending your stomach and making you feel sick and full.your not in an intake race,slow it down some,and youll start feeling better,chomp ( chew) your food well and dont gulp it down. I think you are focusing on food to divert your attention from something else. If you consistency this is affecting your daily life next please see a doctor else try to control your eating habit as much as you can..
