Specifically hot yoga
It will open your body up
So you are more flexible.
And it's a great excercise and relaxing.
And trust me I know my mom owns a hot yoga studio
and I have be doing it for almost 2 years..
Meditation, and exercise in whatever form to rut that angry energy out.
If you can't handle it alone, procure counseling and learn to put things in perspective.
And yes, your hormones probably are giving you a fit too.
I wouldn't recommend a drug in need a doctor's prescription. And you might want to set one up if you still feel out of control.
