Lately ive been experiancing troublesome sounds. They are sounds that can be reconised as a trumpet or sometimes even trombone, or on some moments... a tuba. It has be bugging me lately because it is followed with a slight vibration within my rear and the releive of pressure in my bowel, which is pleasing, but is contradicted next to a foul smell that emanates into my lungs.

Any advice? I enjoy already tried holding my breath, but I discovered I can only hold it for a fix number of seconds formerly i get dizzy.
