I have need of a vigour counsel?

I work at a hotel and I work like 12 hours per day and we don't own much breaks and the most of the times we don't have time to sit and have a break so my foot start to swell is there any way to stop that?

Answers:    It doesn't nouns like a very pleasant situation. You could try wearing some support stockings and have comfortable shoes that let the feet breath and move and not constrict them. There could be lots of reason why your feet are swelling up, and it is not possible to put in the picture you why. You should see a Dr and tell them the situation and see if it is being cause by you being on your feet for so long a time. But I devise that you might start by trying the support stockings. I don't know what country you are in so I cannot recommend to you where to bring some..
You need to put your feet up, when you do get hold of a break. Talk to your boss about longer or more frequent breaks and/or find a job where on earth you're not on your feet all the time. Yeah, transport a break! You need to speak to your boss about longer breaks. There are law in the UK saying that you must own at least ten minutes in five hours.
