Answers: There are a few types fo excersizes. There is an excersize to lose weight. There is an excersize to build muscle. And there is an excersize to tone muscle.
You want to lose mass on your legs, and instead of losing fat on your glutius maximus, (butt) You want to tone your butt. This is going to require a very selective workout routine.
Walking will tone your calves, thighs, and glutius. The problem is walking alone wont do what you stipulation. I would suggest Five minutes of squats. with two to three reps and five to ten minutes breaks in between to minister to tone and replace your butt with muscle. This will help shape your butt as all right so it doesn't jiggle.
Walking on a slight upward incline at a fast pace for fifteen to twenty minutes three days a week will serve lose weight, and tone the muscles in the legs.
On the days when you are kaput out spend an hour in a swimming pool. Swimming works out virtually every muscle in your body, and it will relief blend your new lower body with your upper body seamlessly. It will also assistance you relax.

Don't cut carbs and calories and all that just munch through less food but more times a day, close to instead of eating 3 big meals guzzle 6 small meals, if you are hungry eat because your body stores curvy when you are hungry. and yes walking helps but don't over do it cus then you can distribute your body into shock and won't lose any weight just give somebody a lift it one day at a time girl and work up to jogging and afterwards running but go at your own pace and remember that you are strong fine woman and can do anything you set your mind to.
