I am have trouble regaining my strength. I am 6'0 160lbs and i lately broke my clavicle. HELP!?!?


It has been approximately 7 weeks since I enjoy been cleared to play sports from my broken clavicle. I was benching 165lbs but i have weighed 135lbs but now i weigh 160lbs and I can by a hair`s breadth do 135lbs i have been working out again for going on for 3 weeks and i just cant get over that 135lbs i don't know what to do whenever i try to put in more weight my shoulder starts to hurt. Does anyone have a workout plan that I can use to build my strength again. I hold 4 months before football and I have to be above 185lbs until that time the start of the season I need help!


Answers:    Have self-control and keep working with it. I know its really tough to hear but that's the honest truth. I have had multiple injuries over yesteryear year and 4 months and you better believe its driving me freaking insane. About every night i feel approaching I'm going to loose it. Take it easy and listen to what your body has to speak on how much you push yourself. Dont be afraid to push it some though. If your school has a trainer i recommend discussion to them to see what they can do. Remember Rome was not built in sometime and neither was your body. Keep it up be grateful with what you own i still cant do a full push up without feeling similar to I'm going to really hurt my self before, i could literally drop and give you 100 no sweat lol.
