Answers: I never smoked any chain...smoked some rope once...hehehe.
Follow directions discreetly:
1--smoke your regular amount
2--smoke that, until you start taking one less puff

I quit exactly like that...no weightiness gain, jitters, nuthin!.
Never smoke chains, man, you might get lockjaw from the rust on them... Keep half a cup of water to put your ciggy ends in, when it starts to stink hold a good waft of it everytime you fancy a smoke, if that don't work, drink some of it. good luck..

I enjoy a friend who used some kind of homepathic bit, nearly took him out and was greatly painful as they injected him with huge needles trailing the ears and stomach. (he also was nearly comatose for 20 hours after) he smokes again.
