At the weekend i was training for an expedition of thirtyfive miles, and by the end of it my foot were covered in weepy start sores that were extremely painful. I have put plasters over the sores after the first day of the expedition but they just come off after i got my foot wet. ( my feet person wet couldnt be prevented as we were walking across bog on the moor, and doing river crossings) anyone enjoy any ideas of how i can prevent these sores would be incredibly apreciated, or the best way to treat the ones i currently hold would be incredibly apreciated!

Answers:    I wonder if liquid bandaid would work for this at all.. I own used it in the past for shoes that I know would try to cut into my skin.
