How To Get Over My Caffeine Addiction?
So, i be wondering if anyone could help me get over it?
Answers: caffeine is a tough addiction to break. my mom tried and couldnt do it, however, next to coffee.
i think you should start eating tough foods when you feel sluggish. (baby carrots other get me energized), and then force yourself to join in physical activity.
my friend give up candy for lent for a month, and she said that after easter, she didnt even want to eat candy anymore. just set a aspiration for yourself and follow the plan. good luck :).

Depends on what you're up for. I'm trying to go cold turkey. Just be prepared for headaches that comes from the renunciation. You will also be very tired and possibly moody. It may last up to a week. But I will articulate that you feel a lot better after its out of your system!
The other historic thing to do is get live. If there are any sports you like I would achieve involved! That will help to naturally boost your vim level!
