How do you relieve stress?


I wanted to know if anyone can suggest anything? How do you relieve stress? Your answers will be helpful


Answers:    Short of anti-anxiety medication, here's a great way to relax. You can do this any where, any time. It works best lying down. Start at the top of your body. Clench your cheek for 5 seconds, and then tolerate it go. do the same point with your shoulders, arms, hands, (if you can) stomach, butt, thighs , legs. This one really works.

Here's a tiny trick:
Breathe surrounded by through your nose as deeply as you can expanding your lungs..afterwards breathe out as slowly as you can through your mouth, making sure your shoulders relax as you exhale.
Another way is by lying down, tensing every single muscle in your body (put some soothing spirit music on) and then slowly relax every part of your body bit by bit until you perceive totally relaxed (you may even find that you fall asleep!).
I go outside and work within my yard - away from the phone, work and people. I void my head of the stresses I have and focus on my tasks outside (mindless). The fresh nouns, sunshine, exercise makes me feel so much better. i clutch long walks in the afternoon when its cool and listen to adjectives of the calm music on music on my ipod you would be very suprised that adjectives of a sudden you just feel relieved and complete one near yourself.
I mentally shove all my stress and worries into an imaginary black hole(or bottomless pit etc.) inside me and a moment ago keep pushing it all contained by until i feel better. Masterbate
