How do our bodies know to kept breathing after we our asleep?
I know that our bodies need to breath to keep living. I a moment ago want to know how our bosies know how to keep breathing after our minds are asleep.
Answers: We have automatic responses within our brains that we cannot control. One of them is breathing. The body will do whatever it takes to verbs living. The breathing center is in the base of our brain and it tell our lungs to continually inflate and deflate. Even if you hold your breath until you pass out, you will continue to breathe. It is cog of the autonomic nervous system.
