How do I lower my tolerance to cannabis?
I know about the 'state' that you can get contained by when you have smoked such a large amunt that you come to nothing to get any more stoned.
But recently for days gone by week, I have been inept to get stoned at all when I hold been smoking. The quality, admittedly, is not the best, but is the individual quality available at the moment. In my opinion, the weed i enjoy been smoking prior to last week be not THAT much stronger/more potent anway.
I just want to find out whether it is the weed, or whether I need to pocket a break as I have built up a strong tolerance to it.
If I do need to give somebody a lift a break, how long would you suggest until i can get back to "the upright old days"?
Will taking a break lower my tolerance, even for weed that isn't the strongest type?

I kno wat u mean man! Your body got use to it. You are immediately a pro! Just stop smoking for a while, I mean dont smoke a lot. Just chill out on it. Weed man, I love weed =]
My best guidance is,try to reduce it little by little. I use to smoke 6-7 joints a light of day + the bong,but then I stopped the bong,smoked only 2 joint,until it went to a joint a sunshine. Then sometimes I would make a sacrifice not to smoke for a day. I feel better to be honest! Then it goes up to 3,4,5 days. Now im smoking every weekend and I've found my self control! I know you can do it! It takes a while but You can do it mate! Little by little, the bird builds its nest!

I smoke Skunk every daytime after work etc and i have also noticed that its not giving me matching "BUZZ" as i used to get from it.so last week i have a chest infection and couldn't smoke it... and then i got better on weekend and have some and i was wrecked!! so maybe contribute it up for a week and it should get bk to normal...otherwise consider givin it up if not you may start to consider looking for a stronger drug...and you don't wana go down that road : (

i used to smoke everyday all light of day but then i stopped for about 3 years and in a minute i can smoke without growing dependant on it, i can smoke all month everyday and stop and never touch it again if i required. so stop smoking cold turkey anduntil you can smoke weed and not let it smoke you! good luck lol stop smoking,.
the lone way to enjoy anything is contained by moderation or casually,
if you drank beer everyday for the next five years would you relish it?

I would be devastated if that happen to me. You do realise that drugs are just the BOOBY PRIZE for not having a natural life?
But yeah, I smoked it every day from like, 1968 until 1985. Then I never touched that rubbish again for like, 16 years, till 2001. At which point, I tried some hash cakes. That first time I tried it again, it be great, just like anyone a teenager again- the giggles, great sex etc. The subsequent night the effect was solitary half what it had be the previous night. And I have never touched it again since.
So yes, you do buuild up a tolerance . But really, that stuff is refuse and anybody over 30 who smokes it is a loser ( in my estimation) . It also makes those VERY boring.
Finally, having to go to some adjectives dealer to buy cannabis is a demeaning experience..
If the cannabis you are smoking is brown in color a bit than green, it is of very poor quality. This is the least-valuable division of the cannabis sativa plant. If you are not getting high, I think that contained by itself will lower your tolerance for it. Because when you smoke cannabis that is green rather than brown, you will return with high.
I don't recommend high-potency weed for you, because it will heighten your tolerance and not lower it.
The best way to lower your tolerance is to cut down. Smoke partly as much as you regularly do at first, and then lower it more, accordingly. Also, drinking coffee or tea while big will enchance the high, and you will need smaller quantity cannabis..
I have been a calorific cannabis user since i was 13, and smoked everyday up until 6 months ago..i too had impossible to tell apart problem, i was smoking to feel ''normal'' and not at adjectives feeling one bit stoned no matter how much i smoked. I leisurely reduced my smoking down to nothing-not through choice but i lost my job and had no money. Now when I can afford to smoke I am reduced to fits of giggle and feel 13 again. None of my friends can believe how stoned i get considering the smoker I used to be and used to outsmoke most empire i knew... I reckon if you stop for a few days maybe a week you'll sense the difference and will feel the effects more...try for a week.hope this helps :) As somebody else mentioned, if you've be doing the same thing every daytime, for a long period of time, it becomes mundane. You don't really look forward to it, its just a normal segment of your life, a chore really. When you first started using it, i expect it was something you solely did once in a while? You won't experience the same glorious if you do it every day, even if you brought somethign stronger, after a while even that wouldnt be enough, you'll other need more. Too much of anything is a bad point, just have it as a treat, once a week, once a month
