-My sinuses sympathetic of hurt, its not that bad though
Answers: You have a cold not an allergy i assume base on the symptoms you described.
Common cold:Common symptoms are sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing and cough; sometimes accompanied by 'pink eye', muscle ache, fatigue, malaise, headaches, muscle weakness, and/or loss of appetite. Fever and extreme nouns are more usual in influenza. The symptoms of a cold usually resolve after about one week, but can end up to 14 days.
Allergy:allergic rhinitis or hay fever, also known as hay restlessness, causes irritation of the nose, sneezing, and itching and rosiness of the eyes.
Frequent and relatively long sneezing, and redness of the eyes, when outside is in my inference the best sign of an allergy.I have a pollen allergy myself.
If you want a expert opinion stop by your doctor for a checkup..
Most of the time your nasal secretions will be white or clear-when they get green/yellow-its time to see a Dr or if you start running a fever-its frozen to distinguish sometimes between the two-most of the time with allergies and a cold they usually subside in a weeks time. If your sore throat comes stern, it may be an infection like strept throat. Its hard to right to be heard without listening to your lung sounds to distinguish between the two. if you have an allergy you would have some pimples in your hand , redness on your neck or sth approaching that...
Hi,
If you get the symptoms same time each year you probably do enjoy an allergy to something seasonal.
Best thing to do is ask your health professional in the region of an allergy test there is a unsullied one ( not the skin prick test either) you hold a rod in your appendage and they have a weird box they put viles of situation ie-pollen into the box and it squeaks if your allergic to it-they they mix you a formular to put on your tongue each day and its base on the premise that you will gradually gain an immunity to anything it is hence not developing symptoms anymore.
If the doctor cant help you find someone to do this testing ask a strength food store or call an allergy centre.
worth a try if it annoys you plenty,
good luck.
