How can I stop myself from wake up so precipitate?


I usually sleep at 10:30 p.m - 11:00 p.m and I need to wake up at 7:30 for arts school. I have an alarm set for 7:30, but I sometimes wake up at 6:00 or 6:30! Yesterday I slept at 12:00 because I be up doing homework and I thought I would never wake up because I was so tired, but I completed up waking up at 6:00!! Is there any passageway I can get myself to stay asleep until 7:30 or later?? I'd approaching to get atleast 8-9 hours of sleep every night, but I preserve waking up earlier than I want to!! Help!


Answers:    If you consistency well rested throughout the day I wouldn't verbs about anything. Just your body telling you it's recharged and prepared to go!.
Of course, I don't see why you would want to sleep later! If you are not sensation tired or drowsy during the day, you are fine! But if you really would like to, I suggest on the weekend, verbs an all nighter, or just stay up till similar to 2-3 AM, and wake up at 7. You will be tired through-out the day, and If you don't budge to sleep till about 12 the next dark, I'm almost positive you will sleep till 7:30.

are you exercising on a regular basis?this helps us to sleep throughout the hours of darkness.try eating supper early around 6o''clock.never be in motion to bed on a full stomach.this will mess up your sleep.eat a light lunchtime at night.eat your big meal during the day .try to read a book at night after lying down.relatives usually become sleepy within a few minutes afterbeginning reading. i hope i've helped you. devout luck. if this fails, see a sleep therapist.you may havesleep apnea. this can interfere near your sleep. i have sleep apnea. i wake up several times a dark, then i feel discouraging the next day.i own a machine for it. it's needing fixing immediately.when i get it fixed ,i'll feel much better near the machine.you only put it on your obverse at night. it works well. you stir up rested and feeling better. i hope i've helped. i hav equal problem.wut i do is when i wake up,i do something tiring,like push ups.try it!
