How can I hurdle highly developed / take taller?


I am 6'2" and 160 pounds. I can barly touch a basketball rim. Does anyone know any exercises that I can do at home to jump higher? Or does anyone know any agency to become taller?


Answers:    Jump on a box high enough so you can receive on it and repeat. When you feel like you can hop on that box easily, move onto something higher.
You can also do it near a medicine ball.
Only your horomones control how high you can get :).
do leg exercises and build up leg muscle. That should help. Seems logical. inversion boots and inclined upside down sit ups, to strengthen your abs, do lots of squats and jump jacks for legs.
practice jumping over stuff start out small and run alot' stertch go on a pogo stick.
