Answers: High Triglycerides are fat within the blood cells and put you at high risk of stroke or Heart attack. You enjoy to avoid saturated fats and sugar. Avoid sodas, sports drinks anything within the center isles at the grocery store.
I have been combat very high triglycerides for the second 8 years. I lost 35 lbs and started exercising a lot more and stopped overeating and this keeps it surrounded by check..
Although the exact mechanism is unclear, glorious triglycerides may contribute to hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) or thickening of the artery walls — which increases the risk of stroke, heart attack and heart disease. Sometimes soaring triglycerides are a sign of poorly controlled diabetes, low levels of thyroid hormones (hypothyroidism), liver or kidney disease, or the use of certain medication. High triglycerides can also result from rare genetic conditions. Like cholesterol, triglycerides are obtained from food and manufactured surrounded by the "liver". I have a high count too. I be told it is affecting my blood sugar and being type 2 diabetic, that is not accurate. Just went on medication.
