Help sore throat?
i've been taking promethizine /w dm or something like that and it hasn't be helping and still hurting alot
any good ways to help it stop?
i dislike intensely apple cider vinegar ah it makes me sick even more

Would you put it on a cut, I reflect on not, so you shouldn't put it on things like that.
apple cider vinegar is good for you but unpromising for you when your sick...it tends to cause more backache.
I would say a nice cup of hot tea to slowly drink will help relieve your throat from adjectives the pain. Until your body can heal..

Salt water is good. Try not putting that much brackish. Also get a lot of rest and drink seriously of fluids. fresh lemon juice and honey make sure you reheat it+you can gargle with salt marine.
my mom use to make me goggle hot water and brackish Strepsils work really good for me. The honey and lemon flavour tastes biddable too..
