Answers: In my personal opinion, your rear is nothing to mess around with. I walk to a chiropractor, and happened to luck out with a really apt one who uses manual massage and solitary treats the affected area. Some strength insurance policies do cover chiropractic care, so check with your condition insurance company to see if there are any that are in your plan. If not, or you don't hold health insurance, find a chiropractor who is willing to discount his/her services for you and/or allow you to get payments.
In the mean time, see if you can find some exercises that will gently stretch and strengthen your posterior muscles. Use a heating pad--heat draws blood into the area which help with the healing, but also increases the swelling. Then use rime to reduce the swelling. I've talked to different individuals about how to do this, and there are conflicting recommendation. What I find works best for me is heat in the morning when I first stir up, because my back is stiff, and through out the day to preserve it from getting stiff. Then ice at the end of the sunshine to reduce the swelling from the day's activities.
Also consider taking a vitamin E supplement to abet with the healing process.
But above everything, find some backbone exercises. Everything else will help with the symptoms, but the exercises will address the actual problem..
I'd turn online and research back pain to try to amount out what is causing this. If you sit at a computer all morning, you could be experiencing back strain. If you fell recently, be in a fender-bender, or had some other type of contradictory impact it might have knocked your spine out of alignment. If you over-exercised or strained to pull something heavy you might have strained the muscles.
Some things to try:
Set up your computer ergonomically to avoid support strain, and make sure to get up and stretch every 20 minutes or so.
Alternate hot and cold compresses to relax cramped muscles.
Get some low-impact exercise, such as swimming, walking, or rebound.
If you experienced a jarring impact, see a chiropractor to realign your spine (mine fixed back twinge so severe I couldn't hardly move in one visit)..
Get a gamble away strap the kind that stock persons enjoy to ware They are about 8 to 10 inches wide and black some come beside a Velcro wast belt attached
