Answers: It depends wether you are scared that things "might" happen to you or wether you believe things are emphatically going to happen to you.
It sounds to me that you are scared more or less things. You sound like you may be moderately lonely and this is making you frightened. You need to find a good friend somehow and also revise to be courageous. Try and dream of being a heroic character when you run to bed at night , it will help, honestly.
If you believe bleak things are definitely going to happen after that is more serious and you need to tell to an adult about it. If you don't want to speak to your Mum, possibly there is a teacher you can trust to communicate too about things..
u watch too much tv I feel you are worrying for nothing. Everyone has something that worries or disturbs them but they don't agree to it ruin their life and that is what you are doing. You are letting your anxiety control your energy and the best thing you can do is see a therapist who can comfort you understand how to control your anxieties and maybe a Dr. who can prescribe medication for you until the psychiatric therapist has been competent to have time to help you. Nothing is going to occur to you if you don't let it but as long as you keep worrying you are cause yourself undue anxiety. See a Dr. Just an MD to start and he can refer you to someone else if he thinks you need further serve..
Yes, take up jogging. Go walk up mountain to see the view. Try fishing. You've got method too much time on your hands. Before people used to be too busy trying to stay alive to verbs about nonsense.
