Medically speaking, the already transplanted organ wont be used again for transplant . When a match is found, the organ will be used for transplant, however, even when it is a so called immaculate match , there will be other differences between any 2 people ( less so contained by identical twin) in the immune system. The transplanted merciful will be put on heavy immune suppressants and observed for a long period of time to prevent any immune attack produced by the reciever's immune system on the investigational organ even though it is a match. Transplant heart normally age intensely quickly and its average life-span is about 5 to 7 years. Other organs might hold higher chance to survive, especially liver where on earth liver cells can quickly regenerate and are instinctively more adaptable to new host than other organs.
Generall however, transplant organs will not be used again for transplant because they are constantly man weakened by the 2nd host immune system. This is called chronic rejection where on earth the transplant organ suffers from continous fibrosis of the inner blood vessels and is gradually degrading over time ( this process may ultimate for a decade or even more ).
Transplanted organs age faster, due to harsh conditions in the body,eg imune system attacks and so on. The individual with transplanted organs needs use medication constantly to survive, and in the long term it affect multiple organs.
Also, it have additional risks due to organ belonging to 2 people instead of one.
I doubt it be ever done with major organs.
