Have you ever hear of a personality who in recent times UP & QUIT smoking COLD TURKEY?
Answers: I did this in 1988, usually it comes as a result of something shocking emotionally. In my baggage it was a girl I was crazy more or less telling me how much she liked me formerly I started smoking...and then how dissapointed she was when she found out that I have started.. **sniff sniff.
my dad did when he found out about the bible and that god doesn't like that. so he a moment ago through it out hasn't looked or had one since. Yeah, me.but then I started pay for two years later. Not quite the example I want to set, but it does demonstrate that it is possible..
I hold heard of peopld doing that. They are lucky and I wish them all right. yeah i know some people who did and now they cant stand the smell of it anymore
