I don't have a case of anxiety or anything close to that.. but sometimes and sometimes it goes for a while .. after inhaling i feel similar to i cant exhale.. i know the diapfram {sp?} goes in during exhaling and out during inhaling.. but when when exhaling i surface really uncomfortable. is there anyway to return with over this..

Answers:    I can't exhale either. But I'm on oxygen and have pulmonary fibrosis.
I HIGHLY recommend you describe your doctor. S/he might refer you to a pulmonary (lung) doctor. When it come to your lungs, you don't want to mess around. It's probably nothing serious, but it's better to be safe..
