Exams! Now im pulling 3 allnighters contained by a row...is this desperate?
How bad is this? Should I even try to sleep when im not tired, or just dance to bed when my body is about to pass out, thus I dont gamble away time trying to sleep.
Answers: Sleep deprivation is a bad condition and coffee just covers up the problem in need solving/curing it. And yes, stress reduces the immune system's ability to keep itself.
Solution: next semester study daily so that simply a little review is needed before exams. Make this your current opportunity while in school.

You will not do well contained by the exam if you havnt slept for this long. The best way to do well contained by exams, is to study as much as you can, then make sure you seize a good 8 hours sleep before the exam, so you are okay rested, and your mind is able to function at its peak.
Studying more will not assist you for an exam tomorrow. Set your alarm for 8 hours time, get some sleep, and if you have time, do some more study within the morning.
