Ok so I know that it is possible for epsom salt {1-2 teaspoons} mixed with river to help get rid of constipation. Would it also work if you added one of those Crystal Light-on the walk packs{for bottled water} to get rid of the nasty drink??

Answers:    Ok this works and it does have a unpleasant after taste and I don't see why it would not work beside crystal light mix,Its just a dampen mix after all.
