Answers: its illegal because the government have no way to tax it. big brother wishes money and since you can grow it anywhere he cant keep track. thats why you can get a prescription for MEDICAL Marijuana... you buy it at a special store from your doctor anf they excise you. thats it. its ALL ABOUT THE TAX.

there is many denial effects but non that a pot smoker will see or understand...as far as the bad effects theyre similar to smoking tabacco however they do hold effects and change the chemichals in yer brain and over time is where on earth the bad stuff comes in as far as the authenticity of it untill there is a huge uprising like the prohibition next it will probly stay illegal which is fine with me..it could seize alot of tax revenue and be made much cheaper by the govt however they control enuff wasting of taxes so that would never work and theyd overcharge people anyways...but within any case the long term effects would be close to with any other drugs including alchohol
as far as the good things filch a step back and really look into the peoples behaviors that are smokers and u will see them doing allota repitition and ritualistic behavior...
case surrounded by point my mom is 58 i think now..be a drunk since she was 14 and if i give her a ride to somewhere and i dont move about the route she goes it totally throws her off kilter.its a really strange matter however sad to see at the same time...surrounded by any case pot smokers will eventually do the same type of things...u said the teacher smoke so pick 1 of the older guys and keep an eye on him.dont stalk him but examine his behavior and u will notice little oddities surrounded by his behavior that he will do almost like a ritual...as far as smoking some here and there and not constantly anyone stoned is probly fine..regardless youll get either lung cancer, boob cancer,butt cancer or breast cancer so it really dont thing in the end ;).
Actually.marijuana be outlawed in the 30's because they were afraid of what hemp would do to lots industries.Hemp can be used for paint, gas, rope, paper, etc. etc. etc.Besides, if they legalized it, the government would excise the hell out of it and we would pay more than we do now!! Check out a movie the administration put out in the 30's called Reefer psychosis..it'll explain a lot to you about how they view marijuana back then You're really intensely naive.

If you smoke it day by day for 30 years there might be some negative side effects. You might own a hard time running a marathon.
I've be smoking it for 11 years and so far the only negative side effects I've notice is that when I am high, I need to push myself more to attain things done and my memory is affected. When I'm sober, I'm perfectly mundane and notice no side effects from marijuana, no memory problems, and no motivational problems. So if I have something essential to do, I wait until it's done before I smoke weed.
Most of the time marijuana calm me down, makes me happy, make me hungry, and helps me sleep. If I smoke too much it makes me paranoid and increases my anxiety, so I do hold to be responsible in how much I use.
I cough sometimes when I smoke it. I have coughed so easier said than done that it has made me sick to my stomac, that's rare but it can arise, especially if the weed is dry.
They say it increases your chances of lung and throat infections. I achieve sick maybe twice a year.
They say it can be addicting, but I just this minute had to quit for a period of time and I didn't hold one withdrawl symptom and had no problem quitting.
Marijuana is less detrimental then cigarettes by a long shot, and I don't understand why folks have their heads burried surrounded by the sand about this fact. Just because it is smoked doesn't propose it has all matching health problems as cigarettes. That's like assuming red juice will get you buzzed because you drink it impossible to tell apart way you drink coffee. Nicotine is what causes most of the problems associated next to smoking, the heart problems, the cancer, the addiction, all are related to nicotine (think of chewing tobbacco, if the problem was the achievement of smoking there would be no side effects to chew). So if marijuana has no nicotine surrounded by it and nicotine is what causes most of the problems, why assume that marijuana has alike health consequences as cigarettes?
One thing marijuana will do to you is turn you into a liberal minded individual, and help you understand better how we are connected to quality and to each other. That sounds like something a hippie would utter, but it's true. It allows you to think in a process that isn't constrained by all the stress, the negative emotion, and the worries that constantly cloud your mind throughout the day. It has an anti-depressant effect.
When we sprawl to our kids about marijuana, it causes distrust between the generation, and does more harm then perfect.
