Does 14litres of marine gun down you?
Thanks x
Answers: Yes, if you drink too much water at one time you can die.
Not because it flushed adjectives the salt out but because it causes your brain cell to swell due to over hydration - and they finally burst.
If this didn't occur first - all your saline would probably be washed out of your body, but first all the potassium will be lost and it is needed for your heart to slaughter..
Oh, and that happened from a Memphis radio station.. I live close by..
I believe that is true. When you drink abundantly of water, as the other answers said, it washes bad sodium in your body. This will cause electrolyte lack of correspondence. Electrolyte imbalance affects most, if not adjectives systems in your body. Proper balance is defining for mucle coordination, heart function etc..
If you drink a lot of water, craft sure you replace your electrolytes by eating something or substitute some of your fluids with life drinks that has electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnecium etc..) in them (gatorade, powerade etc..).
I have heard on the news a while ago something like a girl trying to win a contest put on by a radio station who had drank too much water, and died. And they said it be from the lack of sodium in the blood. The blood be too diluted. Can't remember where this happened though. My best friend died from drinking too much hose :-(
