Oh I hate cramps!And seize them alot!
Only things i've found that work are hot baths, increase salt in your diet,do loadsa stretches until that time you run.
I also think you can buy a medication over the counter for cramps if you live in the UK. I think its called crampix or something similar. Good luck.
