yes, it is gas! I own also felt a butterfly feeling when i be excited, or anxious about something. I have gotten it back surgery, I have gotten it when I am in the presence of someone I am really attracted to also,But if zilch else is going on you probally have gas.. that is my inference! on roller coasters or when I met someone I'm head over heals for (ha have only happened once and the personage turned out to be a jerk and a half).

Yea its called anxiety attacks,,, purely mild ones i get them all the time... They own pills for anxiety that will help you,, but i dont take them i get hold of that when i have a crush on somebody or like when i draw from shy to talk to the person i similar to..
