Answers: Seizures or vasovagal syncope (fainting).
Low blood glucose do not affect your audible range.
There are several types of seizures, some without the flailing most popularly agreed for epilepsy. There are seizures that occur minus flailing.
Fainting can be caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure & slowed heart throb that creates loss of blood to brain. Symptoms can include blurred vision & loss of hearing.
