Answers:    Of course she falls asleep she is taking Benedryl. It is an antihistamine. Taking too much of anything is unhealthy. It's an anti-histamine, and/or a sleep aid. Other than making you sleepy, it has no recreational effects. For occasional short term use,(2 weeks max) not exceeding recommended dosage That is the ingredient surrounded by Benadryl.

That being the case, I guess a great deal of people "do" Benadryl.
