Hello all, I have a unadulterated problem. I have very impossible Anxiety and Panic attacks. I have very discouraging Claustrophobia and this means I find traveling a real problem, Ie Trains, planes...
I am currently working next to some one in CBT, to over come this but not had much elation. I have 2 small children and have be given a great chance of taking them on holiday. I went away nearly 3 years ago and drank a bottle of wine and took 5 mg Diazepam and was able to return with through the flight. I also have a fear of taking medication so I own to drink some alcohol to enable me to be able to pocket the tablet.
Now I am going away again I was all set to do matching thing again, but after looking at some comments on the net, some empire say this is unsafe, is this true or not. I do not take any medication in general but was really relying on my bottle of wine and my diazepam to get me throught the flight. PLease comfort.
