Answers:    I would reccommend drinking lots and lots of fluids. If you choose to use an over the counter laxative, do NOT use it for more than 3 days. It can cause dependence. Yogurt and other dairy products can help keep you "regular"..
This may sound ridiculous, but it works..and is cheap.

Peel a bannana and stick it up you-know-where.

Duct tape it in.

Within minutes you will feel a churning and gurgling, which is what you WANT to hear.

You might want to, but your not 'cooked' yet.

In about 20 to 30 minutes you will feel like you are about to explode..you are...sit yourself on the toilet and remove the duct tape and nature has done it's job.

The reason this isn't on your grocers shelf is obvious, but it is the best and most natural remedy you can find..and actually GOOD for you...you got your daily dose of potassium while you were at it.

Careful not to mush the bannana going in, if its over ripe it own't work.

Besides plenty of exercise the Mediterranean, Pritikin and vegetarian diets all help as they include a lot of fiber and roughage.

Drinking plenty of water also helps.

Magnesium can really help. As others said, drink lots of water. Cut out cheese, bananas, and peanut butter if you are eating those things. Don't ear refined stuff like white rice and white bread. They are all constipating.

Actually, some All Bran Cereal or Fiber One should really help..

Eat lots of bran and fiber, fresh fruits and veggies, lots of water, and juices. Apple juice is good as is juices with pulp like OJ with pulp and Tomato juice. Oatmeal is good also. eat salads, fruit, & keep hydrated.or just take a suppository or exlax!!=).
just keep drinking water & get some bran in you
