Answers:    Keep it light and bland. Some plain white rice, maybe flavoured next to a tiny tiny bit of butter or a TINY pinch of salt or soy sauce.

If you have meat, stick to something lean close to chicken, and keep it in a small portion and not breaded or fried, or flavoured contained by a way that makes it rugged on the stomach. (Avoid spices).

Some soup on the side would be good, but something broth based as unwilling a cream soup. Chicken or vegetable soup.
