Chest twinge after intake McDonald's?
I had McDonald's for dinner tonight... a Classic Crispy Chicken Sandwich, prevailing conditions fries, and a M&M McFlurry. (I was really hungry since the only point I had eaten prior to dinner be a 330 calorie Lean Cuisine panini.)
I've had chest pains since having eat that. Why? I'm a healthy, skinny girl and shouldn't be at risk for chest pains. Should I get examined?

I'm sorry to hear that but it doesnt clutch a brain to know that crap is a heart attack waiting to happen. I mean havent u see super size me? the guy had to eat that $h!t for 30 days, gain 24 pounds, and had head ache from the lack of proper nutrition. U eat it once u find addicted and before u know it, that sexy 122 pounds goes to 222 pounds. drink something carbinated(seltzer) rest a bit, and dont get through that garbage again. Maybe acid reflux close to 100 millions other people.
Antiacids, no fat and tartness foods/drinks, coffee, and eat several small meals a morning instead. Otherwise seeing doctor for antibiotics if symptons dont go away in 4-5 days..
u seem to be healthy so putting junk approaching mcdonalds in ur body may not be such a good notion...dont ever go there again. dont devour the junk.
My advice to you: Don't munch through McDonald's.
You talk about how you're a sound girl, not overweight or anything, and you work out, as though that means eating McDonald's won't be as impossible for you as if someone who is less healthy and within worse shape (like me, for example) was to eat it.
Keep contained by mind that this is actually the opposite of what is true. Consider that McDonald's surrounded by addition to being full of tremendously unhealthy fats and oil, is also stuffed full of chemicals and processed to death. That being said, it's not merely the excessive fat that could build up over time that would cause chest pains, but the certainty that you're actually consuming substances that are very fruitless for you. If you don't normally eat this sort of article (which I'd assume you wouldn't, if you're healthy) then once it's introduced to your body, your body realizes that it's desperate for you, and it responds negatively to it, which is why you feel unwell after eating it.
To the contrary, if someone approaching me was to eat like peas in a pod thing, I probably wouldn't have duplicate sort of pains, simply because my body is more used to heavily processed foods, and has built up enough of a tolerance for me to chomp through something like that, and not feel any different (although even I don't specifically guzzle McDonald's that much).
It's like smoking (or any drug, for that matter). Assuming you don't smoke, if you were to smoke a cigarette, it would create you feel very unwell/ill/sick, not because you're an poorly person, but because what you're inhaling is toxic/bad for you.
At the same time, if a regular smoker be to smoke the same cigarette, he or she would not feel duplicate ill efects as you, simply because his or her body would have developed a tolerance.
So if McDonald's make you feel unwell, that's because it's your body's way of unfolding you that you shouldn't be eating it.
