this is a complex thing for me to talk going on for becuase i have lost a friend to it.

thank you.

Answers:    Yes, it is possible to be very sensitive to sugars contained by food, although it isn't an allergy exactly.
sensible action would be:-
1) Go to a proper medical doctor
2) Cut down as much as possible on added sugar.
3) Get a test for diabetis.

There is adequate sugar in foods naturally, short adding extra to that. Sometimes the body overloads, and then you take ill, because your body just doesn't know how to cope near the excess. it may be helpful to carry a packet of antihistomines around, afterwards if you feel you have started to take action to something you can take one, it will help...As for anaphylaxis, see the doctor (proper) and nick his/her advice about it..
You might grow out of some of those allergies... I grew out of a couple of mine (though tree nuts I'll probably ALWAYS hold an allergy to). You could go into shock, which is why you absolutely must ALWAYS transport an Epi-Pen and your cell phone with you at all times. You surface an allergy start to come on, take the epi-pen (doctor will prescribe it, give you directions) and after call an ambulance, because the epinephrine will wear off after 20 minutes or so... its newly to tide you over.

You very well could experience this someday, and its alarming, so as long as you're prepared, that's the most important thing..
There is other a chance that the allergy could become life-threatening. My allergy to melons used to only exact an itchy throat, but once my throat started to swell shut. You can't predict what your body will decide to do with the offending substance. It's best to avoid them completely. Yes, if you hold food allergies and you expose yourself to that food there's a chance that you could experience anaphylaxis. It's important that you do your best to avoid the foods that you're sensitive to.
my son have had anaphalaxis twice,he caneat the foods he is allegic to with very soon problem, but if he excercises after eating them he has anaphalaxis.pay attention what you eat before exercising especially. what giving of sugar? that is a very abnormal allergy to have unless its something with sugars from specific plants..
you could you requirement to talk to an allergist your mom needs to grasp on board. most likely it will hold a major allergic reaction and a trip to the ER to snap her into the danger.

yes you do need an epi-pen. you need to be paid your allergist speak with your mom so she can get adjectives about this.

i use to be able to munch through nuts/tree nuts. i started to rash and then it turned into hives. after facial swelling. and then the major reaction started up.

avoid sugars. also avoid the other foods. and follow a strict diet to prevent reactions.

my husband and i have to live near my folks because a roommate messed us up $$$. no one in my family connections believes my allergies because i developed them as an adult. i stopped eating at birthday party if we even attend them.my dad is diabetic and is forever into nuts and tree nuts so i have to clean the kitchen until that time i can even cook. we have our own pans and dishes to prevent a hostile response, and they are not kept with their things.

it's not fun having inherited ignore allergy's. i know the feeling.

sway in there, see your allergist near your mom. let him giver some horror stories so she learn it's real..

Best wishes Hun..
