So I am worried I can get some disease from it? I didn't own a shirt on cause I just get out of the shower and it was on my bed, can a disease stay on my bed? Please help!

Unless you enjoy rubbing your genitals on dirty toilet seats, it's not really viable for you to get an STD from a toilet seat. You also cannot usually attain STDs from eating someone's sandwich, unless you count cold sores as STDs. that's messed up.. She found on the street? really? wow...
