Can I know if wheat Bread and Potatoes are doomed to failure for my gouty arthritis?


After several months of free gouty attacks, here I am now suffering with to much strain.

You mentioned wheat bread and I said white flour, if your wheat bread is not crumbly then it has more white flour surrounded by it than whole wheat flour. I bake wholewheat breads and my breads are not soft resembling those baked with white flour.
