Can anyone else notice the flashingness of a Florescent light or am i going crazy!?
Answers: There are some people who are more aware of the flashing of florescent bulbs. If you work in an office, see if the maintenance staff can undo the tubes above your desk. That will help minimize the effects...
Sometimes they flash intermittently when they are about to burn out or if the ballast is bad.
This drives me nuts too.
