Anyone on Klonpins for anxiety?
Answers: Klonopin is a drug belonging to the group called benzodiazipines which is very soon widely used to treat anxiety , panic attack etc.
The drug acts by enhancing the gamma amino butryric acerbic ( GABA) in the brain. It will produce drowsiness and definitely it will distribute a relief from anxiety. The degree of drowsiness or see or floating feeling that u will have is the side effect and it vary from individual to individual. It can make ur muscles relaxed and may feel slow contained by wakling ( some may feel as if u had a couple of pegs)
Now as u r getting married this will enjoy an advantage as well as a disadvantage
Advantage- It will control ur anxiety and stress. It can be beneficial if u savour sex on a drink or rather relaxed sex. This drug does not reduce ur libido or sexual drive.
Disadvantage: if ur response to the drug is more consequently u may go to sleep and will not be able to savour a wonderful sex.
This again varies from person to character.
This is a safe drug as per the studies and the only piece is that u should not abuse the drug even though it has minimal mannerism forming potential and if u are using this as a short term management of anxiety stop the drug once the problem is solved or the wedding stress is over and should be able to enjoy time with out the drugs.

I be prescribed to klonopins for about 2 years. In short.. It REALLY helps beside anxiety, BUT it is also very hard to quit after you start.
If you haven't started the treatment nonetheless, I would try and find a different solution unless your situation is getting worst or unbearable...
When I quit taking Klonopins I went through 2 weeks of HELL withdrawal, literally felt like I be going insane and had insomnia, chills and cold fever for even more later 2 weeks.. I'm sure there's a better way to quit this medication by tapering terrifically slowely but in any case you should know that it will be exceptionally difficult to get yourself off this pill.
At first it works illusion, but after being prescribed for a while you can't start your morning without it... so ask yourself if you are primed to be dependent on something to start your day..
In the past few months fatefully I started taking them again and tried to not take more then 3 times a week so I won't find addicted again.. that only worked for like a month...
Now I'm trying to taper myself sour.

Good for quickly alleviating the physical manifestation of anxiety, but can make you drowsy if you take too much.
No sexual side effects...expect they might spawn you more horny. Certainly not a bad thing!.
My husband is on that medication, but he's on it for his MS (Multiple Sclerosis). Yes, there are sexual side effects and also once you start taking them...if you miss a day you achieve what I call "brain shocks". Not pleasant at all. If you can button stress until you're married, I'd suggest not taking them.
