Since January of this year I have had strep throat twice, two weeks ago I have a sore throat, and I now have laryngitis. I am trying to integer out why I am getting sick so much.
I am a drinker. I drink anywhere from 8-12 drinks a week.
On the weekends I can easily drink 8 drinks in one dark.
I am wondering if my alcohol consumption is lowering my immunity?
