Acne quiz: does adjectives milk out of your diet and drinking more wet really backing?
Any opinions or personal experiences of cutting out milk/dairy products?
Answers: Personally, I imagine that the Acne/Dairy link is a complete myth born of this bizzare American paranoia over milk, they blame it for everything from Acne to Short Attention Spans and even Cancer.
It won't hurt you to try cutting it out for a few weeks/months though to see what happen.
In my personal experience, the key is PLENTY of water, atleast 2 litres per daylight but aim for 3, and a good overall diet- just be sensible- if you budge about your day ingestion Mcdonalds for lunch and guzzling Coca-cola you're asking for trouble.
I found that a Low G.I diet worked for me, I also made sure I got plenty of fruit and veggies..
Milk makes no difference, surrounded by fact cutting it out may administer you more acne due to vitamin deficiencies.
However, drinking 2 litres of water is great for your skin, and the usual counsel of healthy diet and exercise ;)
Good luck!.
Drinking more water unambiguously helps as it flushes out the toxins in the skin - steam facial baths will also support.
