Am i overweight? what do i do just about depression?

hiii ppl
i am 14 yrs old and im 5'7" at 140ish lbs. is this regular? i constantly think im grease. i play volleyball and basketball on school team and i am in the Chicago Childrens choir so i am physically helpful. i also try to go for a run contained by the moaring before institution but its hard because im too inefficient to get up! (do you enjoy any suggestions on how to make running an every time thing?). also im a vegitarian (and i dont eat/drink a great deal of dairy). im trying to eat smaller number too. i've stopped eating breakfast and i dont get through very big lunches.

another item, i think i might be depressed. i've done some research and i enjoy had symptoms. i enjoy thought of suicide and death more than once and when i am within this depressed state im really indifferent and want to be by myself. i think stress triggers this which sucks cuz i be in motion to a private school which manner we get a boat nouns of homework and i have choir two days a week and sports the rest. what do i do?

Answers:    I'm 19 yo, male, 5'10" and in the region of 150 lbs.... Not to hurt your feeling or anything, but probably you're a moment or two chubby. But more important entity is you're going toward a totally wrong direction. Skipping your breakfast will make you fatter. Since your body realize there are smaller number calories income, it will burn less butter thru metabolism(That's what my trainer told me.) So try eating small meal like 6 times a sunshine. Stay away from fat, try not to drink soda at adjectives, and stay away from snacks. Also, try to build muscles. Running/ playing basketball/ volleyball will act as makeshift cardio workouts. Instead, if you build muscles through weight training, you will burn more calories during the year. So... research and work out. Try to register to a local gym if you can.

And your current situation doesn't look so bad. I go to a private Christian high college, where my teacher wouldn't let me wear red chuck taylors... And I have to spend half an hour everyday memorizing Bible verse which I don't remember at all in a minute. I was a basketball executive, so many days I come home around 11:00 pm when we had match... I think it's more of how you look at your time, not how your life is presently. You're too young to purloin anti-depressants. So I really recommend you working out in a gym. It will modify your life, I promise. =]

im freshman. 5'10" 160 lbs. ya its typical bud. all i play is footbal and im not flab. dont sit on ur couch and watch TV adjectives day. Go and run, play, hold fun. That will get your matabelism up.
