So Im a 12 year old girl and Im 5'2 and 108ish pounds.I find myself stuck to the computer and not wanting to do ANTHING. Jump on the trampoline, do go for a hurry. And I'm always bored so Im other eating. My parents never say aloud 'Get off' or anything and I want to change. I solely go to one leap class a week and I need ways I can originate to exercise and become LESS lazy. This summer I lost a gala bit of weight (lol similar to 3 pounds) and was really in good health, than school begin and I became a computer junkie and my gardes are slipping. Please support.


Answers:    If the computer is in your room move it out. Set a timer when you are online and ask your parents to give support to you limit your online time. Join a club at institution and/or get a study group together. Do your studying within a library so that there are no distractions or food at foot. Join a sport so that it is a commitment. This will not only minister to with excersice but it will preserve you accupoied and away from food. It is a lot easier to lose shipment or set up healthy behaviour if you have someone who can hold you adjectives like your Mom or a close friend. But you hold to ask them for the help.
PE and arts school sports really, really help. It's pious to be a part of some sort of squad sport.
