Ruptured appendix. what do you ruminate of this?
Answers: This is why surgeons send doesn`t matter what they remove from the body to a pathology lab to be evaluated. Sometimes, tumors, masses, and even appendices can be mis-identified and it is the pathologist who is responsible for verify what exactly was removed. It is not odd for people to go and get surgery for appendicitis and, once the doctor opens them up, the appendix is totally average.
I would be very surprised if any attorney would pinch this case. Looks to me close to the doctor and hospital did a good profession, since they called your friend stern into the hospital as soon as they got the pathology report put money on.
