What is the pus surrounded by spots?

How is it produced and what's it's purpose?

Answers:    It's mainly microbes and white blood cells. A sebaceous gland (pore) become clogged with dirt, skin cell and bacteria which later multiply causing infection.
The microbes are "foreign" and alert the body's defence system, cause white blood cells or lymphocytes to migrate to the nouns. These then engulf and destroy off the microbes.
