I started taking black cohosh to ease my hot flashes and mood swings...but it seem to have have a terrible effect on me. I hold terrible nausea, horrible headache, my body feel heavy approaching I can't support it and I swear my skin looks yellow. I've stopped taking it but have anybody else had trouble next to it?

Answers:    I have taken it lacking ill effect (mainly to tender my period a jimp start) but I enjoy read that it can have some discordant effects on some. With such effects, I would discuss with a doctor until that time using anything like that as it have been specified to effect blood pressure and other essential functions. Please use cautiously!!

U should see a doctor now as black cohosh could cause liver damp squib. 1 of the symptom is skin turning yellow.
