I have red bumps that look kinda close to mosquito bites on my ankles, a couple on my inner thigh and a few on my arms. They are so incredibly itchy. I know i saw one bite me, so I picked if off and it be a small brownish-orangey colour i believe. it was impressively tiny (which makes me chew over its not fleas). I noticed the bites in the last 2 weeks.

I live surrounded by a basement apartment and own seen little bugs kick on the floor once in a while.

Can anyone back me out here? I have to confront my innkeeper about this because im pretty sure these bugs be in the house and i didnt bring them surrounded by.

Answers:    It sure sounds like flea bites to me if they are jump from the floor. if the former renters had a pet and gone, they left the fleas for the subsequent renter. They are biting you because their previous host is gone. Have your landlord enjoy an exterminator come in and spray from the fleas.

You are describing flea bites. If you enjoy a pet or if someone has visit your apartment with a dog or cat afterwards you can get fleas within the carpet/rug just that hasty.

You get chigger bites when you've be outside in grassy areas. I've never have chiggers inside a dwelling.
