From time to time, whenever I touch a metal, rubber from the car door, fiddle with from a store's door, etc. I get electrecuted but afterwards they are not connected to any electricity. Sometimes it is very strong that I can be aware of my fingers get numb for a while. It is newly happening lately. It is somewhat bothering because presently I have to question paper first before I touch something metal, etc. because it is alarming. What is wrong? Thanks.
