My 13 years old daughter is enormously afraid to get shots and blood tryout done on her. She would start crying and would not give near nurse her arm. She would fight it and the nurse bascially said she would not do it because she would injure herself and the nurse. She needs to take her blood test done and she debris.

I know that sounds childish, but in recent times that affection and care might be the switch. Definately hold her hand and discuss to her to distract her. Have them restrain her. She is 13, not an adult so and so she has no choice within the matter if you want it done.
They will strap her down and administer her the shots or draw the blood.
