Why are my glands other swollen and sore tonsils?!?

What could this mean? I catch it quite habitually...what can i do to help it? . . Any suggestions?

Answers:    You may enjoy chronic strep or continue to pile up debris contained by your tonsils that create bacteria, thus the soreness next to reactive glands (lymph nodes) in your nouns. If you have drainage from allergies/sinusitis this could also raison d`¨ētre the symptoms you list. An over the counter allergy medication antihistamine/decongestant would back that. For the tonsils, you could try irrigation on a regular basis beside a Water Pik to keep any driftwood cleaned out or your doctor could RX a longterm course of antibiotics to eradicate the source of bacteria. Hopefully that will maintain you from having to bear tonsillectomy.
when that happend to my friend it turned out he had mono!
hope thats not the casing with you =]
mono really stinks
You may hold a slight alergy or sensitivity to something. Shellfish? Sulpha? Dairy? Check and see what potential allergens you may be coming into contact with. Cut them out, one at a time and see if that help your symptoms.
